Terms of service
Effective 1 November 2026
1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions of using airnunu (the "service"), a comparison of travel product prices such as flights, hotels and eSIMs, and the rights and duties of the service and its users.
2. Nature of the service
The service collects and compares price information supplied by partners or publicly available. It is not a party to any sale; booking, payment, changes and refunds are the responsibility of each seller.
3. Price information
Prices shown are as collected and change in real time. The service does not warrant their accuracy or currency; confirm the price and conditions on the seller's page before paying. 'Average' and 'drop' are reference indicators computed from the service's own data.
4. Affiliate links
Links to sellers are affiliate links; when a booking completes, the service may receive a commission from the seller. Commissions do not change the price you pay.
5. User obligations
Price information may not be collected, copied or redistributed by automated means (crawling, scraping, repeated queries, bots, AI agents). Interfering with the service is prohibited and may lead to access being limited.
6. Intellectual property
The service's layout, copy, logo and derived data belong to the service. Sellers' trademarks and price information belong to each seller.
7. Liability
The service is not liable for loss arising from price errors, changes to seller pages or unavailable bookings, absent wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes
The service may change these terms, giving seven days' notice on the site before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under its Civil Procedure Act.
